Mindfulness for Businesses & Individuals
- BUSINESSES: Jen teaches meditation instruction for everyday life. She teaches how-to workshops to increase mindfulness and decrease stress in the workplace and at home; how to develop a meditation practice for you; and regularly provides guided meditation.
She offers a wide range of meditation techniques, including mindfulness meditation, iRest® Yoga Nidra, and walking meditation, personalizing instruction according to clients' needs. She offers services to executives, staff groups, and during staff retreats, workshop, and team-building exercises.
- INDIVIDUALS: Personalization is the most efficient way to advance any mindfulness practice, and private/semi-private instruction is available to help you develop techniques and practices to deal with the challenges of everyday life and a productive way. Great for couples!
MOVEMENT & BREATHWORK
- YOGA SPECIALTIES: Jen specializes in hatha (the foundation of all yoga types), vinyasa flow, yin, and restorative yoga. Through caring and thoughtful instruction, she emphasizes safe alignment principles and constructs classes to further strengthen and connect to yourself. (see Private Lessons tab).
- BREATHWORK: She also teaches breathing techniques (pranayama breathing) to increase awareness and provide the energy, relaxation, and balance you need.
