OPEN YOUR BODY
Jen at Sea of Heart Yoga is a certified Yoga Instructor, registered with the Yoga Alliance. She teaches difference types of yoga, specializing in hatha, slow vinyasa flow, yin yoga, stand-up paddle board yoga; pranayama breathing; and meditation, including iRest® Yoga Nidra meditation and mindfulness. Through caring and thoughtful instruction, she emphasizes safe alignment principles and constructs classes to further strengthen, find joy in, and connect to yourself.
Jen offers guided meditation instruction for everyday life. She offers a wide range of meditation techniques, including mindfulness meditation and iRest® Yoga Nidra, personalizing instruction according to clients' needs. She offers services to individuals, groups, offices, and executives (see Why Practice Meditation and the Group Lessons tabs).
AWAKEN YOUR MIND AND HEART
Jen is passionate about enabling others to overcome challenges in their body and lives through yoga practice. She offers group and private instruction for connecting clients to nature as well as for clients looking to work through physical and/or emotional trauma and transitional life events (see Private Lessons tab).
