Yoga is a life-long practice that provides opportunity for continual growth and connection to one's true self. Jen enjoys meeting others wherever they are in their practice and providing ways to reach personal intermittent and long-term goals.

Connect to Nature & Others

Jen's favorite place to practice and teach is outside, preferable by the sea. The sea provides most of our world's oxygen, our prana ( life force), and as a marine biologist she enjoys connecting others to the wonders of the sea. 

Jen has also found that yoga is an excellent way to build community full of genuine people and facilitates meeting others in her classes. 

Build Strength

The practice of yoga can help to build physical, mental, and spiritual strength.

Jen's teaching aims to build strength in each of these areas, focusing on the strength one can find from within.


Jen's History

Jen enjoys all types of yoga and teaching varying levels of students. She also teaches different pranayama breathing and meditation. She completed her yoga teacher training at an ashram on the Big Island. She did her Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra Training in California with Dr. Richard Miller. 

Jen is also a marine biologist, and obtained her master's degree in marine science. She finds tremendous joy in teaching in the outdoors and loves helping others feel a greater connection to the earth through her teaching.
